SVA Alumni Login and SVA Email

An SVA alumni login gives you access to your SVA email account, computers at the SVA Library, Papercut so you can print at the SVA Library, MySVA, transcript requests and the GoSVA mobile app. Your alumni login is also called an SSO, or Single Sign-On, which means you have one set of credentials that gives you access to all of the SVA applications listed above.

If you had an email address as a student
Your alumni login username and password are the same as the credentials you used as a student to access your email and other SVA applications.

Your username is the first half of your email address, before @sva.edu. It is your first initial and your last name (example: John Smith’s email is jsmith@sva.edu, and his username is jsmith). Your username may have a number at the end, in the event that another student before you had the same first initial and last name.

To access MySVA and your SVA email with your login credentials, go to my.sva.edu.

If you had an email address as a student but have forgotten your email address, username and/or your password
Go to myaccount.sva.edu. Click on the button for the information you need, and continue through the steps as prompted.

If you still cannot access your account, contact Alumni Affairs at alumni@sva.edu.

If you did NOT have an email address as a student and do not have a login
If you did NOT have an email address as a student and do not have a login, you need to have a login and email address created.

Send a request to the Alumni Affairs office by filling out this form. We will contact you when your credentials have been created.

Printing at the SVA Library

To print at the SVA library, login to a computer with your SVA alumni login credentials (see section "SVA Alumni Login and SVA Email" above). When your desktop appears, you will see a small message window from Papercut, showing your balance. To view your account details, add a payment card, or load more money to your account, click on the link in the message window that says “Account Details”.

If you do not see a message window, begin printing your document as you would normally. When you click print, Papercut will open and ask you to login. You should enter your SVA alumni login credentials that you used to login to the computer. If you still cannot access Papercut, contact the Alumni Affairs office at alumni@sva.edu or 212.592.2300.

If you do not have login credentials or do not know them, contact Alumni Affairs at alumni@sva.edu or 212.592.2300.

Alumni may request free transcripts and enrollment verifications by logging into the MyServices portal. You will need your alumni login username and password to log in. See section "SVA Alumni Login and SVA Email" above. If you need assistance with your current account, please contact us at alumni@sva.edu or 212.592.2300.

You may also request transcripts or enrollment verifications by email, mail, fax or in-person through the Office of the Registrar. For more information, visit sva.edu/students/registrar.
